essentials Package

$200AUD (for Aus athletes only)

Our Essentials package provides an 8-week structured training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks — ideal for riders preparing for a specific event. With minimal coach interaction, it's perfect for those who want expert guidance while training independently. You'll also gain access to Seacliff’s training resources and community support to keep you on track and motivated.

  • Seacliff Training Tips & Resources

  • Group Rides* & Community Connection with Seacliff Athletes & Coaches

Our Core Package is perfect for juniors, event riders, and cycling enthusiasts looking for expert guidance and a clear, progressive training plan. You'll get personalised workouts delivered via TrainingPeaks, designed around your goals, schedule, and riding style — whether that’s road, gravel, MTB, or prepping for a big event.

Our Premium Package is for riders who want maximum performance, accountability, and ongoing feedback — whether you're a developing junior athlete or an adult pushing for your personal best. This is hands-on coaching with regular check-ins, in-depth data review, and close collaboration.

  • 1 hour weekly video call

  • Daily program monitoring and adjustments

  • Free Premium TrainingPeaks account

  • Basic strength program and instruction (Aus only)

  • In depth nutrition and fuelling plan

  • Event tactics and feedback

  • Exclusive discounts to loved cycling brands such as Cuore of Switzerland, BONT cycling shoes, Training House Shop nutrition, Embassy Complete Retul Bike Fitting

1:1 Coaching Sessions

Looking to get even more out of your training? Our optional extras are designed to complement your coaching package and support your development on and off the bike. Whether you're fine-tuning technique, building strength, or optimising your training tools — we've got you covered.

Our Optional Add-ons include:

  • 1:1 Skills Session ($199/€100/session) - Lacking confidence on descents? Struggling to hold the wheel through a corner in your local crit? Or wanting to learn to bunnyhop so you can ride literally anywhere?? Our skilled coaches can work with you to develop and refine all your skills.

  • 1:1 Gym Instruction ($150/session) - Strength and conditioning is a key part of becoming a well-rounded, resilient cyclist. It helps build power, improve pedal efficiency, reduce the risk of injury, and support posture and stability on the bike.
