Is my Coach contactable all the time?
Depending on what level package you have chosen will depend how contactable your coach will be, but if you need to ask questions or clarify anything, we are on hand to help.
What is the minimum time commitment I can apply to training and still get results?
All part of our SMARTER goal setting, the key to identifying the time you can apply to training is to be realistic. Time availability may vary for each athlete, which is why we do not apply a one size fits all approach.
How do I receive my program?
Your training program is applied directly through Training Peaks and a daily workout email can be sent to you from the app. Training Peaks is available on your regular browser & can also be downloaded as an app via your phone.
What is my minimum commitment to Seacliff Coaching for my subscription?
We put a lot of time and effort into each-and-every athlete, putting in many hours of work to provide premium quality service. We recommend a minimum commitment of 12 weeks to our programs. Endurance cycling is all about consistency.
What do I do if it’s raining outside and I have a hard interval session that day?
If it’s too stressful don’t do it. We understand that cycling is HARD sometimes, and if a particular session or weather condition is causing unnecessary stress and anxiety we prefer you take a breath and reset the next day. It’s not uncommon to swap and change your training sessions around to suit curveballs that life can throw at us sometimes. One day of training will not make or break you.
